build: Migrate Linux '.tar.gz' package creation from CPack to linuxdeployqt (#1034)

Browse Source 
Unified Linux package creation into single script 'setup/Linux/createPackages.sh' that uses 'linuxdeployqt' for both the '.tar.gz' and '.AppImage' package.
