The version string of the application is stored on every parse. The utility class Version is used to parse the version
string and compare application and stored string. The third number in the version string is now the storage refresh

This change passes all file node ids for clearing to the sqlite storage at once and makes use of ON DELETE CASCADE for
everything else, instead of manally deleting all source locations.
This change makes MessageActivateTokens being used consistently throughout all Controllers. The FeatureController
accepts all incoming activation messages and turns them into MessageActivateTokens, which are then accepted by all
view controllers.

Namespace splitting is now handled in active token id retrieval from the Storage, so that namespace nodes are not added
to the Graph at all and complexity in the GraphController is reduced.
This change introduces the HierarchyCache that caches the member relationships of nodes in memory for faster graph
retrieval. Storing these relationships allows for retrieving nodes and edges as lists from the SqliteStorage at once
which results in a 10 fold speed improvement.
