chore(deps): adapt to updated dependencies

unicorn 73 renamed `prevent-abbreviations` to `name-replacements` and added
five rules, `iteration-fallback-style` among them. vue-scoped-css 3.1.3 now
exports ESLint-compatible rule config types, making the cast obsolete. The
exhaustive rule lists are re-synced with eslint-config-silverwind.
