It now runs on the `node24` action runtime instead of setting up Deno (https://github.com/go-gitea/giteabot/pull/23), and a reviewer who requested changes can lift `lgtm/blocked` by re-requesting their own review (https://github.com/go-gitea/giteabot/pull/24).
