wxiaoguangandGitHub d390d77879 fix: remove the pull merge box from UI when the refreshed page doesn't contain it (#38742)
On the PR view page, the "merge box" is refreshed periodically.

If the PR changes (e.g.: merged and the head branch has been deleted),
then the merge box doesn't exist in the refresh response. For such case,
the merge box should also be removed from the UI.

silverwindandGitHub 66794e0549 refactor: replace debounce/throttle deps with first-party code (#38610)
Adds `web_src/js/utils/func.ts` with `debounce` and `throttle`, dropping
`throttle-debounce` and `perfect-debounce` dependencies. Both were
needed before: the former has no promise-returning debounce, which
`TextExpander` requires, and the latter no `throttle`.

Signature follows lodash and es-toolkit: `(func, wait, {leading,
trailing})` plus `cancel`, so argument order flips at the migrated call
sites.

b998c3c1aa feat(actions): implement adaptive auto-refresh for workflow runs list (#38329)
### Description
This PR implements an optimized, adaptive client-side auto-refresh
mechanism for the Gitea Actions workflow runs list page. It allows users
to see workflow progress updates dynamically without having to reload
the page.

804b9bf120 chore: upgrade eslint plugins, remove eslint-plugin-github (#38046)
- Bump `eslint`, `typescript-eslint` and `eslint-plugin-unicorn` (to
v68), and configure the rules added in unicorn v66/v67/v68.
- Remove `eslint-plugin-github` and its workarounds (rules, type stub,
pnpm peer override, in-code `eslint-disable` comments); the rules worth
keeping are covered by `unicorn` equivalents.
- Apply the resulting fixes and autofixes across the JS codebase.

_Prepared with Claude (Opus 4.8)._

46d7adefe0 Enable TypeScript strictNullChecks (#35843)
A big step towards enabling strict mode in Typescript.

There was definitely a good share of potential bugs while refactoring
this. When in doubt, I opted to keep the potentially broken behaviour.
Notably, the `DOMEvent` type is gone, it was broken and we're better of
with type assertions on `e.target`.

silverwindandGitHub f4d7701189 Change function description comments to tsdoc style (#35185)
1. change function comments to the minimal [tsdoc](https://tsdoc.org/)

b5fd3e7210 Fix comment textarea scroll issue in Firefox (#34438)
In the comment editor, there is a bug in Firefox where the scroll
position unexpectedly moves up, which is annoying. This is not
reproducible in Chrome and Safari. To reproduce here are some steps:

- Go into an editable issue
- Scroll page to bottom
- Focus the textarea and press Return many times, causing the textarea
to get a scrollbar
- Scroll page to bottom again
- Press Return once more
- Page should not scroll up.

This fixes the bug by adding a temporary margin, and I verified it works
in all browsers.

wxiaoguangandGitHub f63822fe64 Fix autofocus behavior (#34397)
The "autofocus" was abused or misbehaved:

1. When users visit a page but they are not going to change a field,
then the field shouldn't get "autofocus"
* the "auth" / "user" page: in most cases, users do not want to change
the names
    * see also the GitHub's "settings" page behavior.
2. There shouldn't be duplicate "autofocus" inputs in most cases, only
the first one focuses
3. When a panel is shown, the "autofocus" should get focus
    * "add ssh key" panel

This PR fixes all these problems and by the way remove duplicate
"isElemHidden" function.

wxiaoguangandGitHub 27bf63ad20 Refactor global init code and add more comments (#33755)
Follow up #33748

Now there are 3 "global" functions:

* registerGlobalSelectorFunc: for all elements matching the selector, eg: `.ui.dropdown`
* registerGlobalInitFunc: for `data-global-init="initInputAutoFocusEnd"`
* registerGlobalEventFunc: for `data-global-click="onCommentReactionButtonClick"`

And introduce `initGlobalInput` to replace old `initAutoFocusEnd` and
`attachDirAuto`, use `data-global-init` to replace fragile
`.js-autofocus-end` selector.

Another benefit is that by the new approach, no matter how many times
`registerGlobalInitFunc` is called, we only need to do one
"querySelectorAll" in the last step, it could slightly improve the
performance.
