Switch from using boost::filesystem::portable_name and boost::filesystem::portable_directory_name to using boost::filesystem::windows_name, which allows periods and spaces in paths.

This prevents the automatic path detection from adding paths to the project settings or application settings that cause the "you have missing paths" dialog to pop up when saving the settings.
* It happens when executed both from Qt and TaskScheduler thread in parallel.
* I found that the signal within QtThreadedFunctorHelper::operator() was sometimes not emitted and therefore QtThreadedFunctorHelper::execute() was never called.
