* Created CxxNameResolver classes that take care of resolving the name hierarchies of clang components.
* NameResolvers store clang::Decls they ignore when traversing the hierarchy of DeclContext nodes. This approach is used to avoid infinite loops when parsing template parameters of a template class that depends on it's template parameters that depend on the template class....
